Cancellation

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancels his/her reservation the following scale of charges will be applied:
25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 60 days or less before the date of the tour.
50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.
100%-of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour.
No refunds are possible for No-Show

Children Policy

1- Up till 3 years Old totally free of Charge sharing Parent’s room same basis, from 3 - 11 years old, 50% discount on adult’s rates sharing Parent’s rooms,

2- Children between above 9 Years old will be considered as an adult in Sleeping Train.

3- Excepted Domestic Flight will be 68 % from adult’s rate.

Tour Price:

Out tour prices are quoted according to the season of travel, program inclusions, and hotel/cruise category.

Payment Policy:

UR TRAVELS requires a 50% deposit of the total price payable to us at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due six weeks prior to departure date for groups. Individuals can pay the remaining balance when arrive to Egypt.

Travel Delays:

UR TRAVELS is not responsible for travel delays prior to departure or during your tour that are brought about by technical difficulties, strikes, bad weather, or any means beyond our control. Some times weather or Nile River traffic delays can alter the tour itinerary. These alterations do not constitute a refund.

Hotel/Cruises:

UR TRAVELS reserves the right to switch hotel/cruise accommodation at any time, but ensures that the switch will be made to the same category of hotel/cruise available at that time.

I understand that:

Deposit is due at our Cairo Head office to confirm the place, or the reservation is canceled.

If you pay by credit card, additional signature is required, on the invoice and I will not stop the credit card payment for any reason.

Any handling /service fee/ Cancellation fee etc. as spelled out in the cancellation fee & terms & conditions are not refundable, by sending your signed booking form you agree not to request any charge back on your card for any non refundable items such as cancellation penalties etc. as spelled out in our terms & conditions as well as in our cancellation policy.

L. Responsibility Waiver:

UR TRAVELS acts as a tour operator only. Our tours and arrangements are the sole property of UR Travels and cannot be reproduced in any form. In addition, UR Travels will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle, accident, or any other form of error or default of any company and/or person engaged in conveying passengers, carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.

Complaints procedure:

If you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation in question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. You may lose any right to compensation, if you fail to do so. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact our representative in the resort/ the Hotel/ the Cruise, and if the issue still cannot be resolved then you should contact our Tour Operator. We will act as an intermediary to try and rectify the problem. In the event that we are unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider concerned.

indemnity:

When you book accommodation through UR TRAVELS, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your holiday or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. Full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the accommodation owner shall be under no obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may occur as a result of us terminating your booking, in accordance with this paragraph. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation in which you are staying, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against the accommodation owner. Finally, you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the accommodation provider for any damage caused, before you end your stay.
OUR responsibility to you for your booking

UR TRAVELS has no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based.

Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the tour operator, UR TRAVELS is limited. UR Travels, its affiliates, and agents act only as intermediaries and agents for suppliers in all functions pertaining to hotel reservations, services, sightseeing tours, travel and transportation of whatever nature, which is not directly, supplied UR Travels.

All reservations, rates, schedules, accommodations and services are subject to change.

All certificates and other travel documents for travel services issued by UR Travels are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. By acceptance of participation in a tour, the tour participant agrees that neither UR Travels nor its officers, employees or representatives shall become liable for loss, damage, accident, personal injury, death, or inconvenience caused by or resulting from the malfunction of transportation equipment, hazards of sea, air or land, disease, local laws, strikes, any occurrence beyond the control of the tour operator, cancellation due to war, terrorist or criminal activities, imminent threat of hostilities or civil strife, acts of war or insurrection, fire, quarantines, Acts of God, delays, irregularity, theft, itinerary or schedule changes or cancellations, or for acts or omissions or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of these tours, or for personal dissatisfaction with itinerary or accommodations provided, or for any consequential or incidental damages, whatsoever.

The tour operator cannot accept the responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delay, or changes in schedules, or other causes.

No responsibility is accepted for loss of, or damage to, baggage or any of the passenger's belongings.Baggage insurance is recommended.

If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary, the tour operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by tour participants and any resulting saving will be refunded by the tour operator to tour participants, with due provision for the tour operator's profit.

UR TRAVELS reserves the right to decline, to accept, to expel or to retain any person as a member or participant of any tour as circumstances may demand it.

UR TRAVELS shall not be responsible for any purchases made by tour members during or outside of the tour, The issuance or acceptance of booking, invoice, receipt, or voucher, or the payment of a deposit or tour charges, shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions, as well as to notices and disclaimers provided on our invoices, itineraries, ticket, vouchers, tour schedules, price lists, and announcements to tour members.

Amendments:

any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and if the full payment has been received and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fee will be applied.
